Damping series
1.Product composition
TD10 damping glue (paste) is a two-component high-performance damping material formed by mixing damping glue and damping filler. Component A is a light yellow viscous liquid, packed in iron drums; B component is green or black powder, in plastic bags.
2.Product characteristics
Normal temperature reaction curing, convenient construction, solvent-free, non-toxic. Good flame retardant, strong adhesion, no cracking, no separation. It can effectively suppress structural vibration and noise caused by structural vibration, and has excellent vibration and noise reduction, sound insulation, sealing, heat insulation and other comprehensive properties. It is suitable for various parts of the substrate thickness less than or equal to 5mm, and can be painted on various bottom anti-rust paints.

4.Design use parts and thickness1, design use: recommended base steel plate (aluminum plate) thickness less than 5mm ship cabin, ventilation pipe wall, steel structure building top steel plate inside, soundproof door cover inside and other parts of the use.
2, the design and use thickness and dosage: the total thickness is 1.5 ~ 2 times the thickness of the base steel plate (aluminum plate). For example: the thickness of the base steel plate (aluminum plate) is 2mm, then the total thickness is (3 ~ 4) mm.
