1.Product composition
TD128 composite damping plate is a functional material composed of three layers of upper steel plate/middle polymer damping material/lower steel plate. The steel plate in the product can be a variety of cold binding plate, electrogalvanized plate, hot galvanized plate, stainless steel plate and stainless steel and ordinary plate composite, product thickness can be used equal thickness or differential thickness composite.
2.Product characteristics
Composite damping plate can effectively combine the characteristics of metal materials and polymer materials, with the original mechanical properties and processing and forming characteristics of metal materials, but also with the damping characteristics of polymer materials, is an ideal environmental protection product to replace metal materials in the case of vibration and noise.
TD128 composite damping plate is made of viscoelastic damping rubber developed by Tongda Damping Company and steel plate. Tested by Institute of Acoustics, Tongji University, the vibration attenuation of the frequency response characteristic curve of TD128 damping plate is as follows: The force transmittance is 50.8%, the vibration attenuation ratio is 0.51, and the damping efficiency is 49.2%. The vibration attenuation of the first-order vibration mode curve is as follows: the force transmittance is 5.1%, the vibration attenuation ratio is 0.05, and the vibration attenuation efficiency is 94.9%.

4.Supply method and specification
Composite damping plates are delivered in flat form, usually by theoretical weight, but also by actual weight. Common specifications are thickness =0.8 ~ 3mm, length =1000 ~ 2000mm, width =1000 ~ 1200mm, if customers have special requirements, can be processed with any size.
